Duermevela is the intermediate state between sleep and wakefulness.

The production company was founded by filmmaker Tom\u00e1s Lipgot and places a strong emphasis on the production of documentaries, while also working on fiction films and animations.<\/p>

With over 20 years of experience in the film industry, Duermevela has produced 15 documentaries: Fortalezas<\/em><\/a> (2010), Ricardo Becher, Recta Final<\/em><\/a> (2010), Moacir<\/em><\/a> (2011), El \u00c1rbol de la Muralla<\/em><\/a> (2013), Valdenses<\/em><\/a> (2015), Verg\u00fcenza y Respeto<\/em><\/a> (2015), Moacir III<\/em><\/a> (2017), Marta Show<\/em><\/a> (2018), \u00a1Viva el Pal\u00edndromo!<\/em> <\/a>(2018), El Universo de Clarita<\/em><\/a> (2020), Moacir y Yo<\/em><\/a> (2021), Cannabis Medicinal<\/em><\/a> (2023), Semillas que Caen Lejos de Ra\u00edces<\/em><\/a> (2024), El Agujerito<\/em><\/a> (2024), and Juegos en Video<\/em> (2025).<\/p>

The company has also worked on the production of the fiction film Los Adoptantes<\/em><\/a> (2019), as well as the executive production of the fiction feature films Topos<\/em><\/a> (2012) and El Desierto<\/em> <\/a>(2013). In addition, it has produced the documentaries El Fort\u00edn, M\u00e1s All\u00e1 de la Frontera<\/em><\/a> (2023), El Fantasma de la Familia Rampante<\/em><\/a> (2024), Exilados<\/em><\/a> (2025), and Yo soy Mika de Frankfurt<\/em><\/a> (2025).<\/p>

All these works, characterized by a strong focus on telling intimate stories, have been commercially released and showcased at numerous international film festivals, earning various awards and recognitions.<\/p>

With a marked interest in international co-productions, Duermevela has co-produced several of its films and frequently participates in international audiovisual markets, such as the March\u00e9 du Film held during the Cannes Film Festival.<\/p>

Additionally, Duermevela offers production services for documentaries, fiction films, animations, and music videos, as well as rental services for video and sound equipment and editing suites.<\/p>

Currently, the production company is working on the 3D animated feature Gilgamesh<\/em><\/a> in co-production with Hookup Animation, based on The Epic of Gilgamesh<\/em>, the oldest known literary text.
